I recently moved up to Newburgh from NYC. As soon as I moved into my house, I had a leak coming from the second floor bathroom to the first floor kitchen. I have literally called 7 other plumbers in the area. NONE of them showed up. They all had various excuses. Some made appointments and never showed, others asked if I was already a client and refused to come, still wouldn't come because it was only a leak and not a remodel. So I gave up for a few months while my leak just progressed. Yesterday I decided to look on Yelp and found Liberty. I give them a call and someone immediately picked up. She asked me a few questions, and said someone could come out immediately if I wanted. That didn't work, but I decided for him to show up at 3pm today. Now thats the other thing with most Hudson Valley vendors I've experienced, when they do show up, its rarely on time. It was snowing pretty hard today, so he was delayed by 20 min or so, but they gave me a call to let me know. Once he got here, he quickly identified the problem, fixed it within 45 min, cleaned up, and was gone. The price was also fair. So for months I've been trying to find a professional plumber, I found one, and I'm happy to share it. I'll be telling everyone I know.
